General questions about the tours and the bikes.
| What size are the tour groups? |
| We are in the business of offering top notch adventure motorbike tours, professionally managed and enjoyable for the entire motorcycle tour group therefore we cap our tours at 6 riders maximum! There will not be any more than 6 riders in fact the typical tour size is 3-4 riders. Whats more if you check our prices compared with tour companies that take groups of up to 8 or even 12 riders you will find our tour prices do not reflect our small group sizes. Our bank manager hates this!
| Our oldest bike was registered in October 2008 and we registered 2 more in February 2010. All our bikes are serviced and maintained to international standards and any replacement parts including regularly damaged items such as brake/clutch levers are always original Kawasaki parts. You will struggle to find a younger and better maintained fleet than ours in Thailand.

| Do many lady bikers join your tours? |
| We wish more lady bikers would come to ride Thailand! We have had our fair share and we must say tours that have lady bikers thrown into the mix do tend to change the Ying and Yang of the tour group making for memorable tours. If you are a lady biker please get in contact with us as we would love to attract more women to enjoy the delights of biking in Northern Thailand.

| what happens if I damage the bike? |
| Included within the tour price is standard motorbike damage insurance which covers you for incidental damages. You will be liable for the first 20,000 THB in any claim and in the event of a right off (never happened yet) you will be liable for 100,000 THB (Thai Baht) We do offer an upgrade to this insurance brining the liabilty down to 8,000 and 75,000 respectively if you wish to upgrade it. Please note this is only applicable to tours within Thailand. |
| What happens if the group have a mixed riding ability |
| Each motorcycle tour is balanced to ensure that each person booking to join a group tour is of the same relative riding ability as the other riders already booked. Before we confirm your tour place we need to know your honest riding ability and experience before we can place you onto a tour. Having a group of riders at either end of the ability scale is not common place on our motorbike tours!
