What is ground support?
If you are outside of Thailand rather than send over a team to make ground arrangements we are on hand to deal with all your needs from within the country using fax, email or telephone or free online video telephone calls using Skype. We are able to work closely with your organization making sure your routes, vehicle hire, hotels, etc are taken care of leaving you to concentrate on your expertise while we take care of your general every day arrangements.

Our expertise
Our expertise lies within South East Asia and over the years have built a huge knowledge base with travel arrangements within Indochina. With colleagues in Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam, Laos and Malaysia we can usually assist in making all your arrangements through embassies and consulates, border crossings, route planning and more.
Our team will be on hand throughout your project taking care of those tedious jobs and making sure everything goes as smoothly as possible while you deal with your job in hand.
Since 1989 we were traveling throughout Indochina
including Burma and Vietnam in search of those places
tourists (at the time) were not visiting. The
information gathered was then used to promote tourism in
these regions barely open to the outside world. Today,
although our focus lies mainly in motorcycle tourism we are
still in search of those hard to get to places as yet not on
the map and with the experience collected over the last 18
years we are able to offer a service second to none with the
professionalism you require.
Getting you there
Need to get to off beaten track places
We
carry up to date GPS mapping systems including GPS enabled
FMRS and VHF radios used to map locations, routes and to
keep in contact with other teams and support vehicles.Although this technology is not always needed it is perfect for keeping track on where we have been and where we are heading and in case of emergencies.
Route planning is the most important aspect of our service. Once we have all details surrounding your project we will design a route taking into considerations, safety as well as ease and most importantly the cultural less tourist emphasized regions
From where..
Usually from BangkokAlthough Bangkok is a large bustling city and often very difficult to get around quickly it does offer a superb location to begin a project. Most customers enter Thailand through Bangkok and we arrange to either meet you there or in any city or location in Thailand.
If your project needs to travel outside of Thailand we can also make these arrangements for you and stay with your group throughout and until the project is completed.
Dealing with the Thai language..
Although we are a western company we use local staff that speak both English and Thai and we also have a French speaking member of the team. This means your pre-project arrangements will be made in English or French and will not be lost in translation. We deal direct with the local team in their native language. This is can be extremely beneficial to you as Asian and western cultures generally do not think along the same lines. Dealing with us we will generally understand exactly what you need and act accordingly.

Our
most recent project is co-ordination of a 60 day tour of Indochina
for a film crew filming a 12 part travel documentary. They
needed a company that understood Indochina and motorcycling and able
to get the job done without fuss by co-coordinating the travel
arrangements while they concentrate on the filming. Our job is
to organize routes and red tape traveling into 4 countries, take
care of security to the crew and to liaise with local guides and assistants.
Although a difficult task as we need to locate regions rarely
visited that suit the camera lens rather than the eye as well researching local charitable projects through the 4
countries but, with the exception of the film crews needs this is
just another day for us and pre- planning is coming on smoothly and
within the time structure. This project is a TV show but also
a charitable event sponsored by major companies such as Honda, Garmin, North Face, Red Cross and more...
